The East coast is so weird sometimes. Out west, Halloween is celebrated on the night that it falls (at least 99% of the time). However, here we get to go trick-or-treating like 3 or 4 times. I went with a friend of mine on our first time out, and with her two little kids.

We actually just went to the grocery store down the street (Kroger) and they had a whole bunch of tables with different activities set up all around the store. Here they got to decorate and eat their own cookie! YUM!!

The girl next to Emilee is actually our neighbors granddaughter. Whenever she is over she knocks on our door at least once a day to bring something over, usually a toy for Emilee. She just loves Emilee and wants to play with her all the time. Tonight she and couple of other girls went trick-or-treating with us (or I went with them b/c Gene wasn't home). The had a lot of fun!
